A Study on Model of Psychotherapy Narration Focused on Mental Well-Being for Stress Management in the Elderly

Psychological well-being is vitally important for the quality of life elderly and only increasing in importance with rapidly population worldwide. Emerging problems include a deterioration physical function, loss friends or spouse, reduced social participation, economic ability. Hence, coping managing stress also increasing. This study proposed psychotherapy narration was designed to assist mental by combining person-centered therapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy. Extending from current mainstream psychotherapeutic methods, postmodern techniques based on various psychological theories have begun be more widely applied. However, almost no previous studies developed systematic elderly. Therefore, this confirmed its aspects analyzing satisfaction regarding corresponding emotion. analysis found value psychotherapy-narrative model according elderly’s stressful situations emotions. can an initial postmodernist-psychotherapy study, future-oriented development research diversity effects each are important. The future will give self-sustainability clients who need psychotherapy.
